Store Terms & Return Policy

Because our merchandise is custom-printed to order, we operate under a strict production and return policy. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Final Sales & Sizing

  • Custom Production: Every item on our store is printed on-demand specifically for you when you place an order. Because we do not maintain a physical inventory of pre-printed items, all sales are final.

  • Exchanges/Returns: We cannot accept returns or offer size exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

  • Sizing Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to review the sizing charts provided on the product pages before checking out.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take quality seriously. If there is an issue caused by a manufacturing or printing error, we will completely cover the cost of a replacement.

  • Reporting Window: You must report any defects, misprints, or shipping damages within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • How to Claim: Email us at info@blackcalderbrewing.com with your order number and clear photographic proof of the printing error or product damage.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a brand-new replacement free of charge.

3. Shipping & Lost Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit and the tracking status does not show “Delivered,” please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to get a replacement sent out.

  • Stolen Packages: If the carrier tracking marks your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, we cannot issue a free replacement or refund, as we cannot take liability for theft after successful delivery.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Production begins automatically shortly after your order is placed to ensure fast shipping. Because of this automated pipeline, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been sent to production.
